We have five, 10 week sessions a year:

  • May 20, 2024 - Summer

  • July 29, 2024-Autumn

  • October 7, 2024 Fall

  • December 16, 2024
    two-week break

  • December 30, 2024 Winter

*Please note: to adhere to safe distancing requirements, there may be caps on how many students may register for each in-house class.

Scheduled workshops may supersede
some Saturday & Sunday classes.

    Looking for extra time to practice in the studio?  Have questions about the form?  Marian will be available to answer questions and provide guidance for your practice.  Free to currently registered students. Drop in rate for non-registered students - $16.00 per class.

FRIDAY

SATURDAY

8:30 - 10:00 am Jim Ransom - NEW CLASS! Open to registered students of the Center.

FUN-damentals of T'ai Chi - This satellite class of the Rochester T'ai Chi Chuan Center meets Saturday mornings 8:30-10:00. The class will teach traditional Chinese health and longevity exercises and authentic Chen Pan Ling T'ai Chi fundamentals and is suitable for all student levels.

The class is held at the Lutheran Church of the Incarnate Word, on the corner of East Avenue and Goodman Street. Entrance and free parking in the rear, off Goodman St. Please be there ahead of time as the door is always locked.
