RTCCC Student Registration Policies and Fees

Students may attend multiple classes per session
( class caps may apply )

Fees:             

Introductory 3 classes - $50 (+ $80 if continuing)

Drop In single class - $17.00 per class

Introductory Special: William C.C. Chen T'ai Chi 20 move beginner class - $120.00 first 10 week session

ALL other RTCCC classes, including Beginner T'ai Chi repeat classes - $150.00 per 10 week session

Ready to pay? Visit our Center Shop to select classes and pay to secure your spot.

 
Payment: Due upon registration. We currently accept cash or check.

Late fee: $10 late fee will be assessed if tuition is not received by the end of the 2nd week of the session.

Refunds: If a course is canceled or filled, your registration fee will be refunded or credited toward a future course at your request. All other requests for a refund will be considered on a case basis.

Health Insurance:

Please check with your health insurance provider to see if you qualify for reimbursement.  Receipts will be provided for your submission.

 Family discounts:  Not available for “Introductory Special”(see above)

First person - full price  $150.00

Second person -15 % discount   -22.50  = 127.50

                                                           Total   $ 277.50

Students through high school – free with paid parent or guardian

 Fifth consecutive session: 50 % discount - $ 75.00

Veteran Discount: 20% - $120.00

 Member Discounts: 10% on certain workshops

 
Incentive Program Policy

When a current student or current member refers a friend or family member who registers for a beginner class, that referring student or member will be able to choose from one of the following 

incentive rewards:

 1. a $10 reimbursement voucher* to be applied to the referring student's next session, or

2. a RTCCC tee shirt

 The referring person will receive the incentive reward in week three or four of the current session.

 *The voucher may also be donated to the Rochester T'ai Chi Ch'uan Center or the Center's Scholarship Fund. Except for those two uses, the voucher has no other monetary value.

 

Scholarships:

Dependent on available funds, The Rochester T’ai Chi Ch’uan Center offers SCHOLARSHIPS. These scholarships are provided by the Ralph Wagner Memorial Scholarship Fund. Please see your instructor for application procedure.
